Returning a product (not faulty)
Before you request a return, please check:
- You are within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when received.
- The item is in its original, undamaged packaging — no rips, tears, or writing on the box.
- All accessories, manuals, fixings, and parts are included.
- The item is in a resaleable condition with all tags still attached.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, assembled, mixed (e.g. paint), cut to size, or personalised.

Important — please read before contacting us:
- Not yet dispatched: Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. We will do our best to cancel before dispatch, but orders are processed quickly and we cannot always guarantee this.
- Already dispatched: If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop it. If we advise you to do so, please refuse delivery when the courier attempts to deliver — do not open the parcel. Do not refuse delivery unless advised by us, as this may affect your refund.
- Already delivered: If your order has already arrived, please use our returns process. You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Click & Collect: Use the “View Order Details” button in your order confirmation email, or contact your collection store directly.

Standard Delivery
Mainland UK only. We aim to get your order to you within 3 working days from dispatch.
Faster Delivery
Mainland UK only. For orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, we will dispatch the same day on a next working day service.
This is the dispatch speed, not a guaranteed delivery time — your courier will confirm your delivery window directly.
Islands & Highlands
These postcodes may have a longer timescale as our couriers operate on a minimum 2-day service to these areas.

Same-day collection available at participating stores, subject to stock availability.
Some stores display live stock levels directly on the website. Most of our stores receive a weekly delivery from our warehouse, so items showing as out of stock may still be available that week — and some stores receive two deliveries a week. We always recommend checking your store’s page or giving them a quick call if you need your item urgently.
Please note:
- Timescales are estimates and may vary during bank holidays, busy periods, adverse weather, or due to courier delays.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Warehouse hours: Our warehouse closes at 2pm on Fridays and reopens Monday at 8am. Orders are not dispatched during this period. The cut-off for Friday dispatch is 12pm.
- Your courier will send tracking information directly to the email address and phone number you provided at checkout.
- Some large or heavy items may only be delivered kerbside and may have longer lead times.
- Some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers and may have different timescales.

How Click & Collect works
The process:
- Select your store on the product page or in your basket using your postcode.
- Pay online and complete your order.
- The store will process your order and contact you when it’s ready — by phone, email, or text depending on your details and which store is handling your order.
- Do not go to the store until you have been notified that your order is ready.
- Bring your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine — no printing needed) and photo ID if your order includes age-restricted products.
- Someone else can collect on your behalf — they will need a copy of your order email, your order number, and their own photo ID.
- Your order will be held for 14 days from when it is ready. If it is not collected and we have not heard from you, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
Store stock & timescales:
- Stores with a live stock feed have their stock updated hourly — these are estimates only.
- Stores without a live feed may show an estimated collection date.
- Some stores receive weekly warehouse deliveries and may take up to 7 days for your order to be ready.
- We always recommend calling your chosen store to confirm availability if you need your item urgently.

Product Complaint
In-Store Loyalty Scheme
How it works:
- Our loyalty card scheme is available in-store only — it cannot be used for online purchases.
- Collect 1 stamp per qualifying purchase.
- Complete your card with 10 stamps to receive 10% off your next purchase.
- You must present your loyalty card at the time of purchase to receive a stamp, and your completed card at the time of redemption.
- The minimum spend per stamp is £5 at Cochrane’s Ayr and £10 at all other participating stores.
- The 10% discount cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers, or replaced if your card is lost or damaged.
